A Cheyenne, Wyoming area rock singer, Juliet March, wrote an original song for my upcoming book with a working title, “Carol and Santa” and the song’s called, “The Dog Named Roo.”

On October 28, 2017 Karen wasn’t able to will sign her two books at her alumni school, the University of Wyoming bookstore in Laramie, Wyoming.

I will not be attending the book signing at the University of Wyoming, but the other authors who were already scheduled for that day will still be at the UW book store.
I had the stomach flu. I will be returning at a future date. My books will still be available at the UW book store for purchase. Thanks for understanding.

The K-9 Sheriff’s Unit team of Laramie County will be doing a demonstration at 4 pm that day, Oct. 14th, at Barnes and Noble. This event is also a book fair fundraiser for Sunrise Elementary School. Please mention Sunrise Elementary when you are buying any book at Barnes and Noble of Cheyenne that day.

“K-9 & Deputy Heroes of the Laramie County Sheriff’s Department.” was published May 9, 2017!
This new book is a non-fiction picture book for children. It’s about four K-9s and their handlers and all of the dangerous and heroic cases they’ve been on. Readers will find out about the behind-the-scenes of the department’s trainings and the equipment that is used for their jobs. Learn about Parys, Ali, Ozzy and Lyra. You’ll also meet Deputy Murray, Sgt. Slovik, Sgt. Lambing and Deputy Wright.
